Hi, I’m Tiarnan

I’m an entrepreneur and independent consultant with a passion for sales, marketing, and business development. My journey didn’t start here – I originally studied law at Queen’s University Belfast, earning my LLB in 2012. But life has a way of guiding you to your true calling, and for me, that became the dynamic world of marketing.

Before that, I began my career in hospitality, where I learned invaluable lessons in customer service, sales, teamwork, and work ethic – skills I still rely on every day.

My Professional Journey

In 2012, I entered the sales and marketing industry and quickly found my stride. I ran my own business in Belfast before expanding into Liverpool in 2017, and I’ve also had the opportunity to consult for a marketing business in Atlanta. Today, I work as an independent consultant in the UK, helping individuals and teams grow, develop, and achieve remarkable results.

What drives me is creating environments where people can thrive. I take pride in helping others progress from entry-level roles to leadership and business ownership, fostering team-oriented, high-performing cultures along the way.

Leadership, to me, isn’t just about guiding others – it’s about walking the path with them. My mission is to inspire, educate, and equip people with practical tools to succeed in business and leadership.
